Blue Shield can take it - nailing, sawing, puncturing - and keep on taking it. You can nail Blue Shield to forms. It resists tearing. Day after day, job after job, Blue Shield will cure concrete.

BLUE SHIELD’S PROVEN MATERIALS
Blue Shield curing blanket is carefully constructed of a cross linked closed cell foam laminated with remarkably strong woven polyethylene. These materials have proven superior for their insulating capability, their strength and durability. In combination, you have a blanket that is stronger, lighter, more moisture-resistant - and insulates better than other common blankets on the market today. With Blue Shield, you now have a blanket that takes fewer men to handle, is faster and easier to install, horizontally or vertically - and insulates your concrete better under the most extreme conditions.

In the worst weather, new stronger and lighter Blue Shield remains flexible. It can be rolled and shaped, and because of its construction its superior curing and insulating abilities continue - even if butted and taped.
